The stay was an experience itself, a traditional Norwegian home and the town itself is a quaint fishing village. Pretty views from the window in the single room.

Wonderfully shambolic accommodation full of bric-a-brac. Lovely looking restaurant and charming host. Nyksund is quite a way from anywhere but well worth the detour to see. In March there was virtually nobody else there but I suspect it gets pretty busy in summer. Would highly recommend.
