The location provided great views of the Northern Lights; and in the comfort of a fully functional home with heating, space, cooking, dining, with washer and dryer. I was wowed with the huge refrigerator with lazy Susan function. They also had an observation deck in front of the lake with proper chairs and fire pit as an option while waiting for the Northern Lights to appear…or just stay in the comfort of the bigger house. The host was also very helpful and extended help to make our stay really comfortable and memorable. She would even let us know when the northern lights probability would be..and give alerts. 10 out of 10 rating well deserved.

At the inn each room comes with a private bathroom and bed linen. Very clean. Small rooms, single room was good as was the view to the harbour and sea. Everything was as if brand new and in good condition, two shared kitchens had everything one could need and again spotless clean. The staff was super helpful and nice, showed everything at arrival and bought us even a hair dryer when we asked for one. Perfect place to stay in lovely Gamvik!

It only took a few minutes by bus to get to the university or the city center. The house is very clean and has everthing you need. Vasilis, the landlord, helped me a lot. Great place to stay close to Tromsø and the owners are lovely and very helpful. The place is very comfortable and nice to stay!
