Our stay here was incredible!! The guesthouse has a shared kitchen and bathroom but even at full capacity it was very easy to share the space. The accommodations are extremely clean and everything works well. The hosts are just next door so if you need anything (like a can opener!) they pop right over. The location was also perfect as it's directly next to a bus stop that goes to the airport and to town, and the bus system is extremely easy to use. I also liked that there was a Eurospar only a 5 min walk away.
However, the most outstanding thing was our hosts, Vasilis and Luba. Luba was super responsive while we were planning our trip and did a great job organizing our tours and giving recommendations. Vasilis was our tour guide for reindeer and northern lights and we really appreciated how hard he tries to ensure everyone has a good experience. He will do everything he possibly can to make sure you see the northern lights!!! He was also fun and interesting to talk to, and is very knowledgeable about the area. He is also pretty handy with a camera!
The hosts made this trip possible and it really shows why guesthouses are so much better than hotels ;) We also really appreciated being able to rent gear from the hosts, and I highly recommend anyone who doesn't live in a cold weather country to do the same!!!

We had a great time staying here. The host was so kind and generous and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The location was great too with a bus stop right outside, a supermarket 5mins walk and only a 20min walk into town.

Everything was amazing. It's super close to the airport and the bus stop is 4 min walking.
The hosts are super friendly and always trying to help with everything you need. (One of the days I was sick, and the host was sending me messages if I needed something)

The property was at a great location to relax and recharge, very quiet, clean and easy to get to from the airport and in to the city center. Communication with the property owner was prompt and easy at all times. Kudos! I would highly recommend and definitely choose as a accommodation again, all in all great experience.

I was upgraded to a room with a private bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean and the neighborhood is quiet, even though it's only five minutes walking distance from the city center.
Great location, close to city centre with good view and quiet at the same time. But in winter should take into account that it may be a bit tricky to walk up to the hotel in case of ice. Coffee/tea available any time, terminal to request taxi, big kitchen with enything you may need. Easy check-in/check-out.
