Skrova was our favourite place on Lofoten (together with Reine), it has everything: peace and quiet, wonderful beaches and opportunity to fish or kayak, while not yet overrun by tourists. Fantastic views of the Lofoten islands and midnight sun from the Skrova mountain, which is a 40 to 60 minute hike from the accommodation.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We had an absolutely amazing stay. Perfect location, views and the interior decor was stunning. It is walking distance from the Reinebringen trail start, which we would 100% recommend doing. Great host as well and extremely helpful!

At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything. This place is a GEM. It’s a bit out there, but I like places that are a bit more removed. The view is spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, I arrived super late due to ferry schedules and was met by the owner who recognized I’d not eaten and made me dinner. We sat up and chatted for ages, she was so kind. It’s been just amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough.
