The room is really well equipped with a really good bathroom/shower and good kitchenette. We spent time every afternoon/evening at our terrace, and even had a take away dinner there one evening. The host is fantastic and helped bring our super heavy bags for storage in his shop when we had a few hours to spend before leaving for the airport after checkout.

Uniqueness of each room, very individual. Breakfast very satisfying and tasty. Lovely cozy, quiet hotel and not far from the city centre. Overall had a very pleasant time in Utrecht.
Fantastic location. Really enjoyed watching all the boats in the evening - river trips, rowers etc. Close to city centre but quiet in the evenings. Loved the facilities in the studio - easy to eat there in the evenings if you don’t fancy going out again. Great host - a few nice welcoming things there on arrival - wine, fruit, milk in the fridge etc. Really enjoyed my stay.

A very nice comfortable cozy design room in a very small boutique hotel (only 3 rooms) above 3 beautiful shops of the same owner. Everything very well thought through and very warm and welcoming staff. A great location as well right in the city centre of Utrecht.
