The cosy house is a fully equipped with all amenities and was completely redesigned in 2019 with modern, stylish interior and lots of daylight! The house has its own separate entrance.There are 2 BEDROOMS: one large master bedroom upstairs with a sofa bed and a 8m2 room with a sweet bunk bed. The LIVING ROOM including a fully equipped KITCHEN is spacious and bright. It includes induction plates, a dish washer, a nespresso machine, creamer, fridge with a freezer and all the amenities you would possibly need for preparing a meal. The BATHROOM has a comfortable rain shower; the toilet is separate. The house has its own entrance and is placed in the backside of our garden. There is a nice patio you can use with seats and a sun shade.
We are a family with 2 children. We take pleasure in offering our guests a comfortable and quiet stay, respecting your privacy. On request we are happy to provide you tips and advise on the neighbourhood, what to do in and around Amersfoort. We can also support you with any other query you might have during your stay. We love travelling ourself so we enjoy welcoming you as our guest(s)!
The guest house has located in a quiet location as there is no direct access to a road and is therefore very quiet during the day and at night. It is a residential area very close to our lovely city center (5 minutes walk to the old city center of Amersfoort! The railway station is 25 minutes walk or just 3 bus stops away. Free parking starts at 100 meters from the house. In 5 min walking distance you reach the "Randenbroeker Park" where you can enjoy a walk along the river, find several playgrounds or can enjoy for a nice running to do some exercise. It is a UNIQUE COMBINATION OF BEING CLOSE TO THE OLD CITY CENTER and to THE PARK for RECREATION (each 5 min walking distance)!
