Although we arrived late and had to leave early, we were very pleased with the service. Jan Paul and Esther were amazing hosts, making sure that I had everything I needed and more. I was offered an electric bike which allowed me to cruise Amsterdam in the most convenient way. The little joke every morning was if I needed a battery fill. I am definitely coming back during warmer days to enjoy the boat and the surrounding water even more. Thank you Jan Paul and Esther.

We stayed at the due ensuite. We had an amazing time. Everything was spotless and VERY welcoming. Contrary to previous reviews I have read, the landlady didn't crowd our breakfast times at all and made sure she was going to the garden to water the plants or doing things next door. She has been very helpful every time we needed to ask her for advice and I truly recommend that you go there. The location is amazing as it is only ten minutes from the lovely windmills. You can easily park in the street or on the supermarket free carpark opposite the road. On her advice, we took the car to the krommieren Assendelft park and ride carpark and hopped on the train to Assendelft for 20 euros for a day return for the two of us. Trains run from 6am to 2 am. The ride lasts a bit less than 30 minutes. Thanks for everything Cynthia!

The host - Robert- was very kind, he met us at the corner of the street, helped with the luggage, told about the history of the building, that is a historical monument. Always nice and willing to help. The decoration of the place was super cute, and everything was amazing. We booked during kermis, so we had noise from the outside, but had nothing to do with the nice room we had and the amazing staff.
