The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and there was a lot of care and attention put into details to help people feel at home and comfortable. The pea flower tea welcome drink was extra special and really worked to rejuvenate us! The different spaces for guests to spend time outside their rooms were also appreciated (e.g the verandah, outdoor dining tables, chairs and hammocks by the pool, reading nook).

Bam helped organise and explain things ahead of arrival and his sons were incredible on the wildlife tours. Spent most of our time Zaide who had great knowledge and went out of his way to give us the best experience. The food was great and the rooms were all we needed. We had such a good time at this special place.

The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was really comfortable, the facilities were amazing (water filter, kettle, tea and coffee). I liked how I was able to control the lighting in the room and there was also a desk.

Everything was exceptional and exceeded expectations from start to finish. Staff was proactive, communicative, informative and friendly. Punctuality was great throughout. Location and accommodations were fantastic. Food was amazing, staff was incredible on snorkeling and island tour outings. No negatives at all. Recommend 110% and would most definitely visit again.

Clean and spacious accommodation. We only spent one night, but it fit our needs. Fast wifi, AC, a full kitchen and plenty of privacy. The hosts were very easy to deal with and were pleasant.

Pensionatet JESSELTON QUAY SEA VIEW vender ud mod strandpromenaden i Kota Kinabalu og har udendørs pool der er åben året rundt samt parkering på stedet. The service was tip top. Very helpful easy to communicate with them. Very satisfied with the room,parking was easy to access. Very recommended to stay with family.
