Mama Yati and Papa were so kind and helpful. I dont know from where I should start, after the arrival at Jetty, mama Yati picked up us and she shared so many life experience about herself and also the cottage. The room was suitable for 4pax, we felt comfortable. The breakfast arrangement was great. I love the concept of having breakfast near the paddy field/garden area. Most importantly is that, I feel like its a HOME.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. I’m not used to the wet bathroom concept so having the large squeegee to help clean up the bathroom floor after our showers was very appreciated. I also liked that she let us know ahead of time that we would hear the Muslim morning prayers. They didn’t bother us but it’s good to set the expectation. Maz was very helpful and approachable and works hard to ensure her guest are having the best experience.

Ook kan je vragen of de chauffeur van het verblijf je rond rijdt. Het zwembad is heerlijk en tot laat open waardoor je ‘s nachts onder de sterren kan zwemmen. Eet ook zeker een keer in de avond op het park er word heerlijk gekookt. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker en het persoon zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De manager heeft allerlei goede tips om dingen te bezoeken.

Langkawi has countless resorts and hotel, and the usual choice for everyone will be to choose one of them. But, if you care about having an unique experience to witness the warmth and love of the amazing people of Langkawi, I strongly recommend you to try this place. The hospitality here is unmatched and you will be in for a wonderful time. This place is run by a small family, Zuliati and Faisal along with their little and lovely kids. We were pleasantly surprised to have witnessed every attention to detail put in by them at this place. They have 3 tree houses and another 3 villas within the same compound. And since they live within the compound, you will be welcomed like being part of their family. We were so happy to have received local snacks each morning made by Zuliati for the guests. If you're looking for more than just a place to sleep, and want to experience the genuine warmth of Langkawi's people, look no further. You won't be disappointed!

Veranda Nautica bevindt zich in Kuah in de regio Kedah, op 2,9 km van Langkawi Kristal en biedt gratis WiFi, een barbecue, een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. This place is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in, the view from the veranda is just breathtaking. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. The entire facility is located quite far from the city center and getting to it is quite difficult, but thanks to the host's hospitality this is not a big problem. We could count on help with renting a scooter and organizing trips. Gordon also advised us on the best restaurants and picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry. It was a wonderful few days and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Owner was very accommodating & kind. We rented a bike to get around the island off her. Water dispenser beside the rooms & cheap washing available.

Very beautiful accommodation with a huge garden and common area to read or just hang with your friends and family. They have a drinking water station and a small outdoor kitchen too. The owner is very nice and helpful, giving us advice on what to do. We rented bikes here too 2 times, good quality and affordable. What Ioved the most is the cleanliness of the shared bathroom and that they really communicate how people should treat such spaces. Would definitely come again!

TerriFig Homestay with Private Pool ligt in Kulim, op 40 km van Sunway Carnival Mall en 50 km van Brug van Penang, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. The location is set in a peaceful area and is very quiet. The host was so lovely, not only did he pick me up and drop me off at the airport but he also allowed me to use his bycycle to get around and was more than happy for me to wander his garden and pick the fruit. I came to this area to experience white water rafting which was fantastic (the host kindly showed me where to go for this as well). I was the host's first Western tourist which means this area is not a touristy area and has some untouched beauty hotspots. There is a beautiful pool at the property as well to spend the day relaxing and the small local restaurants have wonderful food (they dont speak English so was fun trying to sign my order). The area doesn't experience much tourism so you end up being somewhat of a local celebrity. Highly recommend!
