I do a lot of solo travel and I can confidently and happily say that Seven Stones Langkawi is my favorite place to stay in all of Malaysia. It's close to Pantai Cenang the main touristic area and the beach. Surrounded by beautiful nature and all the important stores and unique restaurants. My rental was extremely clean (like super clean) and had everything I needed and more. The service I received deserves more than 5 stars. Mas the owner and host has now become a dear friend to me. She will give you the best advice on where to go eat and enjoy the island. She made me feel like I was home. After staying at her place for 11 days, I am now considering coming back and doing remote work from there. This is truly my home away from home. I cannot recommend this place enough. The WiFi was very good. The speed was enough to watch movies and do everything I needed. I had wonderful breakfasts and enjoyed my time with the friendly resident cats.

Temak Villa is very private, quiet and peaceful. We were treated like family during our 3 day stay. Our first time to Langkawi and the first accommodation in Langkawi " Tamek Villa " was excellent. The host was so lovely, not only did he pick me up and drop me off at the airport but he also allowed me to use his bycycle to get around and was more than happy for me to wander his garden and pick the fruit. I came to this area to experience white water rafting which was fantastic (the host kindly showed me where to go for this as well). I was the host's first Western tourist which means this area is not a touristy area and has some untouched beauty hotspots. There is a beautiful pool at the property as well to spend the day relaxing and the small local restaurants have wonderful food (they dont speak English so was fun trying to sign my order). The area doesn't experience much tourism so you end up being somewhat of a local celebrity. Highly recommend!
