Tranquil location, perfect for a few days relaxing. Evening buffet was delicious. We stayed at beginning of rainy season & the staff were so thoughtful, even bringing gumboots to our room so our feet wouldn’t get wet walking to the restaurant area for breakfast.

We stayed here for going to willpatu wich its a amazing national park. The room was very beautiful the second floor but not ac. We changed the room for one in the first floor with ac but it wasn't that beautiful and 10 dollars extra per night. The host it was super nice i really like him. It was a 10/10. The hotel its in between of the jungle and you can see birds and squirrels. A bit difficult to find a tuk tuk or taxi just in the street but the host always help us for find one driver. The owner a good guy, we didn't meet him but we talked with him by phone and he was super helpful There's available bikes, amazing!

Set just 1.2 km from Kammala Beach, holidays hotel offers accommodation in Dummaladeniya East with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Totally exceeded our expectations! Even better than the photos and super friendly people treat you just like family. Such a clan and nicely decorated place and super comfortable beds, comforter and fluffy pillows on a soft bed. just what we needed! Also about as close as you can get to the rickshaw run start line so was a super location for us. No hot water but we didn’t even miss it.

Set in Chilaw, 43 km from St Anthony's Church and 45 km from Maris Stella College, Elegant Hamlets Home Stay offers a garden and air conditioning. Amazing place to stay if you need to stop between Colombo & Wilpattu. Sherrie & Chamara are amazing people. The room was beautiful, clean, modern and spacious with a second bed on a mezzanine. Dinner was amazing the hosts even showed us how they prepared the meal. Breakfast was also a great experience and yummy!

Situated in Kalpitiya, 2.7 km from Kudawa Beach, araliya villa provides accommodation with a fitness room and an open-air bath. Best host ever! Really nice people who just want you to have the best stay. His mum cooks delicious feed, best i had in Sri Lanka after one month. Free bikes, coffee and tea. Enjoy!

Sun Wind Beach offers authentic traditionally designed cabanas and backpacker's accommodation set next to the banks of Kalpitiya Lagoon. A real community feel with like-minded people. The food and the hosts are incredible. You really feel at home. I will be coming back as soon as physically possible!
