I thoroughly enjoyed Negombo Nature Villa & Cabanas. It was a perfect place to stay after arriving at 2am from an international flight. It's 25 minutes from the main airport. We were greeted by a lovely lady who helped us settle in, It's family run and is perfect for a night or two to rest. It's a close walk to Negombo Beach (5 minutes) and the hotel also has a small pool to enjoy. I highly recommend - great location, great value, great people!

Boasting inner courtyard views, Srimadis Villa near Airport - Negombo features accommodation with balcony, around 4.2 km from St Anthony's Church. We only stayed about 12 hours as we had a 3:30 in the morning flight. The manager was there promptly when we arrived, later on in the evening, and even when we caught our taxi after midnight. the room was large and spacious and wonderfully cool with air conditioning. As the temperatures in Sri Lanka were higher than the 90s, thank you. We were given specific instructions on how to take the bus from 4 hours away, which bus to take, and the specific stop to get off.
