This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Khan Clock Tower is 5.3 km away and R Premadasa Stadium is 5.9 km from the guest house. Staff was extremely helpful and took great pride in looking after the impeccable house. We felt like we were Mr Bawa's weekend guests.

I loved staying at this beautiful, proud, authentic and uncompromising Sri Lankan family home come hotel, finished as it was to the highest of standards and so very tastefully decorated, all risen up from the once lakeside bank. I was greeted by my courteous hosts on arrival, respectful of my long journey from the UK, and made to feel welcomed and comfortable right away. My accommodation was as described and expected; it was immaculate (cleaned twice during my stay of three nights) and more than adequate for my needs. The food was delicious; although breakfast was lovely, my evening meals have been the best I have had here so far, being especially well cooked and prepared, further enhancing my first-time-in-Sri Lanka experience. The hosts arranged local tuc tucs and drivers for me, usually at short notice, and we're always keen to help out, particularly with timings on my leaving day. I said that if I came to Sri Lanka again I would stay here again and I meant it. Thank you all for the quality of all of your services and your thoughtfulness throughout my stay.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Nice big rooms with great hosts and cute puppy dogs. Very clean, quiet, and chilled atmosphere. The welcoming hosts, Sam and Steff, will take care of you extremely well. They cooked for us, we drank some beer together, put an extra bed for my brother in the room and will show you around the city, if you like.

It’s about 45min from the airport (wo. traffic jam). The interieur and garden area of the boutique hotel is really nice. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The Sri Lankan breakfast is a recommendation.

Everything was perfect A cozy place, very clean, comfortable, good attention from the owner family of the villa, they are very friendly, kind and servicial. We took breakfast there and omg was delicious, home made cooking. it’s a little far from the city and attractions but I didn’t mind because we spent a nice time there. I would definitely stay again
