It was conveniently located within walking distance to the river and main areas of Vientiane, but far away enough from the main streets that it was quiet. They also had free filtered water in their lobby which was really appreciated. The front patio of the guesthouse was shaded, had a pool table, and was a nice place to relax or eat breakfast. The best part was the adorable resident cats, all of whom were very friendly and brightened our whole stay. I would definitely stay here again!

At Patuxay Place rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. This is a really good choice for anybody who has a tight budget but still wants comfortable accommodation for your trip. The hotel is new, super clean and the staff is extremely helpful, they can speak English pretty well and provide you the best support.
