Xuanmai Garden Resort is a 15-minute drive from Pakse’s centre. Guests can enjoy their meals at the on-site restaurant. THIS IS THE BEST STAY YOU'LL HAVE IN LAOS! First of all the place is really beautiful and quiet. It's literally a peaceful garden. The rooms were good and the AC worked very well, they were clean. Short, the rooms were good, nothing too special, but the service of this place is simply perfect! The host is so extremely nice and caring. One night we arrived very late because of some issues along the road and still she insisted we called her to wake her up so she could prepare our dinner (at 11:30PM!), of course we did not wake her up out of respect, but the fact that she wanted to do this for us is just amazing. Every time we came for a question and had to wait a little, she gave us fresh ice tea and mango. Also the breakfast was amazing and so fresh! Would really really recommend this place for it's extraordinary service. Especially for this price, you can't get anything better anywhere on the planet!

Set in Don Det in the Champasak region, Crazy Gecko Dondet features a balcony and river views. This guest house offers a garden, a terrace, as well as a bar. We were initially placed in a three family room upstairs and were given the option to switch to a river view room the next day. However we preferred the bigger room with more privacy and the two hammocks. Very peaceful vibes and the host family was kind and knowledgeable. Not to mention great food I recommend the curry, sandwiches, and lemonade made in-house. Great bang for your buck.

The hosts were incredibly friendly! They offered bike and scooter rentals at a lower price than the island average. Additionally, they provided laundry and boat services, organizing everything seamlessly. Always available and incredibly helpful.The Wi-Fi was excellent; we work remotely and had no issues whatsoever. Strategically located on the island with a spacious terrace. Thank you!

DD Guest House, a property with a bar, is set in Pakse, 400 metres from Wat Luang, less than 1 km from Pakse Bus station, as well as a 13-minute walk from Wat Phabat. Location , and staff so freindly , free hot and cold water in foyer , nice place to sit and enjoy a beer in the seating in front , and just felt like at home! Wifi great, shower awesome , room was pretty good ! I'll definitely go back ! Loved it..small reastuarant onsite to, I never ate there but prices looked good !

The position of the place is perfect to discover the island. The person that handles the property is amazing, struggling a little bit with the English but he will definitely try to help you with your questions. The food is amazing as well and the restaurant is on the river, perfect for enjoying a nice breakfast!

Featuring mountain views, Khamphouy Guesthouse features accommodation with patio, around 31 km from Champasak Stadium. Very well maintained place, nice big comfi room with ac, good bathroom. Has a nice terrasse and garden for breakfast or chill time. The owners are extremely kind and helpful: they helped us find a transport option to pakse and immediately came to our rescue when a rented scooter failed us. We can't thank them enough for their kindness. There is a nice river restaurant right in front for other meals thank breakfast.
