Beautiful property which is very well looked after, clean and super comfortable. Convenient for restaurants, sites, etc. The owner is a lovely man who gave recommendations for places to visit and restaurant’s which we tried and they were delicious!

Set 600 metres from Jeonju Hanok Village and 500 metres from Omokdae and Imokdae, Starlight Rest Area in Jeonju offers air-conditioned accommodation with views of the garden and free WiFi. Location was stellar - it's right within the Hanok Village and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. There's plenty to explore, see, and eat within a few minutes of wandering. The bus stop to/from Jeonju Station is within a few minutes of walking as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard is really cute, with a variety of flowers and plants that made me smile whenever entering or exiting. There's even a little "self corner" where you can make tea, coffee, or toast bread with jam that the host has available whenever. (There's a "Korean tea," as it was described during check in - it's a Solomon's seal tea that we liked so much, we made some every night and plan to buy.) The host and his wife are extremely friendly! Upon check-in, we were sat down with a map and shown where we were staying, along with an introduction to the key areas to visit or eat at, as well as rough distance. In the morning, I was sketching in the courtyard while waiting for my friend to wake up and they started chatting with me. All the wood signs were made by the host himself! Every room has a beautiful handmade wood carving by him.

Great traditional Hanoks in a great location, some really nice attractions and restaurants nearby. Can visit the night market which a great intro into the flavours of Jeonju. Also, Lee was an incredible host. Waited for us to arrive as we had a later arriving coach. Gave us some great gifts and was extremely helpful in giving local recommendations. Located in Jeonju, 400 metres from Jeonju Hanok Village and 200 metres from Omokdae and Imokdae, Hanok Dream provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and a garden. We stayed at Hanok Dream for two nights in late November. It was our first Hanok experience and the most memorable part of our 8-day trip in Korea! As other reviews have pointed out, the location is perfect and the owner is friendly. I can’t say enough great things about the owner, Mr. Choi. We learned that he is a retired banker. He is super organized, attentive, and helpful. After he knew that my wife is a K-drama fan, he immediately marked a few famous filming locations on the map. In addition, there was a water cooler in his office, and it helped a lot for us to get hot drinking water on cold days. His wife is also a friendly lady, and we tried to communicate via the translation apps! This kind of interactions with locals really enriched our experience. We had never slept on the floor before, but we were glad that we got used to it, with the help of extra pillows! I can’t find words to describe the wonder of lying on the heated floor and feeling the heat warming into my body through my back. I guess this is Koreans’ secret to stay healthy! Since we stayed for two nights, we had enough time to visit all the major attractions (and great restaurants and cafes!) without feeling rushed. I especially enjoyed walking around the old town late at night or early in the morning, when the day-trippers were gone and it seemed that you had Jeonju all to yourself! The location is right in the heart of the town and the host is incredibly nice and thoughtful. The breakfast was exceptionally well - we can absolutely recommend it!

This place is an absolute gem. The place is well located, clean and beautiful. The managed us very kind and helpful. The heated floors are amazing.
