The location is very well located, just a 75m walk from the busy street, which makes it a clean and quiet place to stay, while having walking access to the different attractions of Matsushima.

We booked to stay one night while visiting friends in Miyagi and it was a lovely home-from-home. The common area was a nice cosy place to relax in and the room was warm and comfortable. We didn't have time during this trip for any of the other activities on offer (paddle boarding looks fun!) so hopefully we'll be back soon!

The guesthouse was about a four minute walk from the train station, and an eleven minute walk to the supermarket. Hiro, the owner, was super nice and friendly ^^
