Situated in Minami Aso, 17 km from Naka-dake, Wakka provides a garden. The property is located 19 km from Aso Farm Land. Guests can enjoy mountain views. The home made breakfast taste so good, in Japanese-western style, with homemade jam and honey. The room is clean and comfortable, all equipment are very new and tidy. There is basic kitchen equipment, microwave and small oven which can do some easy cooking. Love the wooden bathroom and toilet, the pleasant natural smell. The room is right facing Mt. Aso. The scenery inside and outside the room is amazing, like a picture. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Only a 2-minute walk from Senbabashi Train Station, Dyeing and Hostel Nakashimaya is a female only property that offers affordable accommodations with free Wi-Fi. The host was really nice. It was very beautiful inside, and you can see Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop. It has a kitchen, laundry room, shower room, powder room, and you can buy towels or toothbrushes if you need them. I recommend you if you want to stay somewhere special in Kumamoto. You have to take the subway or bus from Kumamoto Station, but it's in between major tourist attractions and Kumamoto Station, so it's good for traveling. If you have luggage, I recommend a backpack rather than a carrier.
