The guesthouse and the neighborhood are amazing. The owner is one of the nicest and warmest people I have met. The bed was even nicer than that of a much more expensive ryokan. The train ride to the guesthouse was scenic, the location of the accommodation is perfect, the eateries nearby are all good. The place itself was spotless with a really nice shower room. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend it enough.

She provided me dinner, breakfast, laundry at a cheap price, and even vouchers with discount to spend in Kochi. Thank you so much for this stay. 🤩

The guest house is very comfortable and welcoming! It is located near bus station and around 10mins walk to Kochi train station, so it is very convenient. The common area and rooms are maintained well (very new) and very clean. Most importantly, the staffs and owners are very friendly and kind! I had enjoyed my four nights stay here a lot and meet many great people! :) Highly recommend to travellers who visit Kochi!

Situated just 10 km from Enkoji Temple, ゲストハウスみんちゅう features accommodation in Sukumo with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. It is the best guest house I ever stayed. The host is kind and generous, Jun treated me several kinds of alcohol. Besides, the house is clean and spacious. The room feels included a delicious handmade breakfast that is super amazing.

Very unique mountain top location in traditional Japanese home, but made very comfortable with everything needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend if looking for an experience off the beaten path. We especially enjoyed warming up in the fire pit, while BBQing a delicious meal and enjoying the relaxing and awesome views from the mountains.

Guesthouse En was our favourite place we stayed on our 3 week stay in Japan. The owners are lovely and make you feel welcomed immediately. The view is incredible and the traditional japanese bath experience was amazing. The futons were comfortable and the room was warm. Loved it!

This is a great, affordable place to stop along the shikoku pilgrimage route. I stayed 2 nights. The nights before and after temple 35, walking without a bag for that day was so nice and gave my legs a mild break with plenty of time to do laundry, clean, and reorganize my gear. Since it's so affordable it makes a great place for a rest day. Walking distance to a great grocery store and conbinis.

In a great location and the owner was very kind. He gave us several recommendations to do around Kochi and helped us with our plans. We are already planning to stay here again when we visit kochi in the future 😃
