Situated in Konan in the Kochi region, Guesthouse Suisennosato features a garden. Very nice accommodation, very friendly and helpful owner. With Google Tranlator communication was easy. Very tasty dinner and breakfast. Quiet location, good to relax on the pilgrimage.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Guesthouse En is situated in Ochi, 28 km from Hijiri Shrine and 28 km from Odo Dam Museum. Guesthouse En was our favourite place we stayed on our 3 week stay in Japan. The owners are lovely and make you feel welcomed immediately. The view is incredible and the traditional japanese bath experience was amazing. The futons were comfortable and the room was warm. Loved it!

Maki was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! She recommended local restaurants for dinner, and invited me to join the tacoyaki party they were having that evening. The 8 bed dorm was lovely- gorgeous wood beds and cool decor. The beds were comfy and private. I was lucky since there were only 4 of us in the room, but I think it would be spacious enough even if it were full. Definitely the nicest guesthouse I’ve stayed at in Japan.

I really liked the atmosphere of this ryokan and how it was decorated. It was an interesting mixture of anime and traditional objects, which really gave it a unique vibe.

Situated within 24 km of Daizen-ji Temple and 24 km of Nishihama Park, Haruno Guesthouse provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Tosa. Very friendly host, nice room and a great shared living room, where I spent a nice evening with fellow travelers.
