Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, Setonejuan is located in Setonaikai Kokuritsukōen. This guest house is a 35-minute drive from Takamatsu Station. Hiro was a wonderful host. He had many recommendations for the area ready, and even recommended stops for our next stretch of travel. Hiro has a passion for interieur design which you can see and feel in his house. It was very nice sitting together for chat and glass of wine in the evening … and to enjoy his breakfast the next morning. We stayed two nights, enjoyed our entire stay and can wholeheartedly reccomend staying with Hiro, specifically if you want to experience a japanese home from the inside. Many thanks to Hiro for his hospitality!

Hoshikuzu, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Naoshima, 500 metres from Naoshima Pavillion, 500 metres from Naoshima Christ Church, as well as 2 km from Gokaisho Art House Project. This was the most outstanding property we stayed at while in Japan for 3 weeks. It was authentic, the beds were so comfortable, the house was spotless, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We will return again and stay longer.

Guest House Wakabaya is situated in Takamatsu, a 5-minute walk away from Hanazono Station of the Kotoden Nagao Line. The Kotoden Nagao Line can be accessed from Takamatsu-Chikko Station. The guesthouse is amazing. All the facilities are great, the dorms are very comfortable. The best part is the owners! Super informative an very nice! Definitely recommend staying!!

Beautiful, comfortable home which was a very short walk to Noguchi Museum in the nicest neighborhood. Close to a ton of great restaurants but very quiet and peaceful. We wished we lived here!
