I like the smell of the room and design to feel the preference of japanese theme. I could sleep well and rest at night from that property. I could feel the presence of japanese theme. I didnt expect that interior design with Japanese traditional and modern.

I've done a bit of solo travelling, and this was by far the loveliest experience I've had at an accomodation. The innkeepers were the nicest people; I felt like I was part of a family. Amazing food and hospitality. I'll definitely be coming back again. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan who want to experience a local culture.

Offering a shared lounge and quiet street view, BUNA KUSATSU Onsen Inn is set in Kusatsu, 47 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park and 15 km from Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. The location is really nice, located up in the mountains away from the busier area. And every direction you walk from there is really nice. The staff was really lovely and accommodating. We wish we could of stayed longer.

Located in Kawaba, Yubitoya - Vacation STAY 44210v provides accommodation within 45 km of Ishidan-gai Steps. All the facilities are brand new and we got the whole house to ourselves (since there were no other guests), host were very nice, friendly and welcoming. There were free drinks as well.

Loved summer hiking from this beautiful mountain lodge to escape the city heat. 3 minutes walk to bus service with access to multiple trailheads throughout Shiga Kogen. The owners create such a welcoming cosy space to escape - thoughtful, stylish, beautifully presented. Incredible quality in a home-feel environment. Private in-house onsen, superb home cooked meals. Highly recommend both breakfast and dinner (best decision)!

The hotsprings were great and we didn't have to wait because you have different options. Dinner and breakfast were great! There was so much food and all of it was great!
