The staff member Rohit was very nice. He carried our two heavy bags up to the 4th floor for us. He frequently checked if there were any other issues and rushed to resolve any issues. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The shared kitchen was also free to use, so it was a great environment for a long stay. However, the level of cleanliness of each guest was different, which was sometimes unpleasant, but the hard work of the staff more than made up for it. We stayed for 9 days and felt at home. Thank you very much.

Sleepy Sam -The Traveller’s Hostel is set in Gangtok, less than 1 km from Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, a 13-minute walk from Do Drul Chorten Monastery, as well as 2.3 km from Palzor Stadium. I was supposed to stay at this hostel for just 1 night but at last I stayed there for 4 nights. Not a host-customer relationship, we became good friends. thanks a lot for morning-run and everything. thanks to you, Sikkim trip ended up great.

The hotel is a lovely respite from dusty Ravangla, but also an easy taxi ride to and from the nearby sites. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Walks near the hotel were a peaceful diversion. A great place to stay.
