Set in Gangtok, Monratino Ridge View 7 mins away from Mg Marg is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.9 km from Enchey Monastery and 2.3 km from Palzor Stadium. The rooms are really lovely! Comfy and very clean, nice shared balcony too. Host is super kind and helpful! Helped booked a trip to Tsomgo Lake, and helped with taxis/planning our trip. Location is also great, a short walk out of the busy Marg, and all for a very good price. Would recommend !!

Great location next to share taxi stand to Siliguri via shortcut. Amazing views from the rooftop despite being within the city, not far from MG Marg. Very friendly host whom has thought of every detail. Everything is super clean, comfy and the shower water is hot with fan for circulation. There is a kitchen, dining table, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, cups and everything. An iron and ironing board is available, like at home. Huge cupboard to secure storage and individual shoe compartment. Curtains on the dorm beds for extra privacy, charging sockets and light, cooling fans in the room. Complimentary breakfast. Communal area has a big TV with Netflix/Youtube etc.

If you are looking for solitude, then this is for you. The stay was comfortable away from city hustle bustle. Well maintained, luxurious enough. It takes around 20-30 mins on bike/car from main Ravangla market. Not advised to travel in the dark. Narrow roads through jungle are kinda ok. In monsoon, be careful of the leeches in nearby jungle. Wear jungle boots if going for a walk in the jungle
