Convenient location within walking distance along lake Muckno to the Main Street in Castleblaney with a selection of cafes, shops and bars. A 5min drive to the Restaurant “The View“ which has a stunning outlook over the lake and fantastic food. We would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating and were generous with true Irish hospitality. The breakfasts were wonderful and fresh. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and would return in the future without hesitation!

Lynster House provides rooms in Milltown, a 3-minute drive from Monaghan. The property is situated 10 km from Castle Leslie. Both private parking and free WiFi are accessible at this property. We adored our stay wit Elizabeth, she is such a kind and welcoming person. Our daughter Eloïse enjoyed the music instruments. That was really a big bonus for her/us! The breakfast is exceptionally good, fresh prepared and a a lot of variety. The surrounding of Monaghan were great. We enjoyed the Giants Park , much to see and do. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location within short distance of Monaghan town centre. Quiet location. Friendly hostess who offered us facilities for a coffee on arrival. Tasty breakfast well cooked and presented.

Grangeview House B&B is set in Monaghan, 43 km from Enniskillen and 48 km from Newry. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. The breakfast was fantastic. The host was very accommodating and there was lots to chose from. It was cooked to perfection. The host was fantastic. We got there by bus so had no car to get around and the host drop us off in the town to get some dinner and picked us back up again. We were here for a wedding and got a taxi to Castle Leslie which was cheap. We had such a lovely stay and will stay again! Thank you so much.
