The rooms are great, the facilities are clean and new, and the host is just the best. He made sure we were comfortable and guided us with a PERFECT route to see everything we wanted in the national park.

Set in a traditional house with wooden elements, Guest House Rustico is surrounded by greenery and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD satellite TV. Korenica is 4 km away. This is a lovely little family-run hotel which is quaint yet spacious and modern. The staff are very helpful and friendly in a genuine, down to earth way. On arrival, I had a very warm welcome from both the proprietor and his mother, who showed me to my room. My room was very spacious, with a really comfy bed and it was very clean and warm when I arrived, which was nice because it was a cold evening! It also had a great shower. The hotel is associated with a restaurant just up the road (Vita Velabita), which has really good food and coffee, a lovely atmosphere and great service. This is a perfect placeplace to stay for visiting Plitvice - it's only about a 15 minute drive from the park. It's also only about a five minute drive to Korenica which has a good supermarket. The hotel has lots of info on Plitvice, including maps of hiking trails (that were better than the one I got in the park). They also have bikes for guests to use, and hammocks - I didn't make use of either, but it's a nice touch! Very highly recommended.

Great location close to park and in a serene setting. Tom served good meals - dinner and breakfast and offered non meat option as a special request.

Only 1 km from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake in Plitvice National Park, the Pansion Breza is situated on a peaceful location, surrounded by forest and meadows. The location is amazing, definitely a must see.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Very beautiful quiet place with incredibly friendly staff. Close to the plivitce lakes.

It is a nice & clean accommodation in a big house with private parking and a huge lawn in front of it. The owners are kind and welcoming, and might give some advice about visiting the Park. The great bonus is two lovely dogs and a cat, very friendly pets :) The kitchen facilities are available downstairs, if that apartment is not booked. Otherwise, there is a kettle, glasses, cups, and tea available in this room. The location is close to Plitvice Lakes and a big supermarket, by car.

The guest house is a place where I absolutely recommend going if you are looking for contact with nature, tranquility and a family environment. The staff is absolutely friendly and available to satisfy all requests. I recommend the breakfast, which is very rich and takes place in an intimate atmosphere. After checking out I forgot some shoes in the guest house but the communication was very quick and allowed me to retrieve them. Thanks!
