Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Location was great. Near an alternate access to the park which would avoid the crowds at the usual entrance 1 and 2. Rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished. Staff were excellent. They were attentive and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They also gave great advice on the best routes for the park.

Tom, the host is one of those exceptional human beings that are rare these days..House Izvor makes u a member of the family even if u are there for only a night..Tom picked us up from the bus station and also dropped and picked us up from the Lakes both the days we were there, for a nominal charge...Do not miss the food at Izvor.. especially the Dinner cooked by Tom..the facilities are homely and adequate but what makes this place awesome is the hospitality

Only 1 km from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake in Plitvice National Park, the Pansion Breza is situated on a peaceful location, surrounded by forest and meadows.

All rooms in the Breza guest house feature satellite TV, a private bathroom and parquet flooring. Some rooms feature a balcony. Guests can park their car on the private parking lot. Everything was just excellent. The host was very attentive, sent us message to remind to buy tickets for the NP. Very warm welcome with explanations about the NP (the only ones we received). Family atmosphere. Food was nice and very abundant. The breakfast gives you the opportunity to make sandwiches for lunch + fruits. The room was confortable. Everything was very clean. The roses and the garden are beautiful; with many spots to relax. Excellent starting point to go to the National park (lakes and waterfalls are amazing).
