The night before we arrived with the motorbikes quite late, so it was quite cold. We parked next to the Guest house. The room was warm, which made me very happy. Since we wanted to go a little more to the city, Gino very kindly drew us on the map of Rovinj and wrote where we can have a good dinner. It was the second weekend of November. We were the only (and mybe last :)) guests. However, Gino and his wife prepared a very varied breakfast. From eggs on the eye to croissants, salami and cheese to cereal. Coffee and juice. With the Boss singing on the stereo - Just Perfect :)

This was luxury. The accommodation was stylish, spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub on the terrace. Breakfast was exceptional. We were on a 5 day self supported bike tour of Istria & this stop was our highlight. Particularly loved the local restaurant (15 min walk away) it served first class dinner (fantastic fish & meat offerings) and first class service

Beautiful small new hotel with an amazing view of the sunset. Rooms very spacious with nice deco. Great selection of the breakfast that was served at the restaurant where we had a wonderfull dinner the night before.

Rooms Serafin ligger i Motovun, 23 km från Aquapark Istralandia, och erbjuder rum med luftkonditionering och gratis WiFi. Boendet är rökfritt och ligger 20 km från Pazin fästning. Very cute and comfortable room!

Rent och fräscht. Jättetrevlig och vänlig personal, fräsch frukost med allt vi kunde önska och jättebra restaurang Il Faro i bottenvåningen. Fin utsikt och vi kunde ha bilen precis utanför. Återkommer gärna! Vi utökade vår vistelse från 2 till 3 nätter och åt även på hotellets restaurang pga regn men den var så bra så det blev en middag till där efter en hel dag på utflykt. Trevlig service och mycket att välja på. Rovijn är väldigt vackert och ligger bra till för utfärder.

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Beautiful newly renovated place, friendly staff, extremely helpful staff. The food is delicious as well. We will come back next year.

Also has a shared kitchen full kitchen utensils. Also, you have the support of the hostel that you can store your luggage and get information you need. I had my flight canceled due to the network outage, and they gave me great support.
