Situated 1.5 km from Baluota Beach, Guests house DaLi offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a terrace. Personable hosts made sure we had rain ponchos and gave us good recommendationS for dinner. They went out of their way to get us hot chocolate for breakfast as we don't drink coffee. The breakfast was exceptional, offering cheeses meats cereals, fruit, bakery items, juice). Super nice double bed,, balcony,parking space, beautiful shower. Close to the center of town. Well stay here again!

Located in Vilanija in the Istria region, Winery Cuj Bed & Breakfast provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. This was luxury. The accommodation was stylish, spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub on the terrace. Breakfast was exceptional. We were on a 5 day self supported bike tour of Istria & this stop was our highlight. Particularly loved the local restaurant (15 min walk away) it served first class dinner (fantastic fish & meat offerings) and first class service

23 km from Cathedral St. Eufemia Rovinj, Della Croce Bed&Breakfast is a recently renovated property set in Svetvinčenat and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The hosts, Dado and Sanja are very kind and helpful. They prepare and set up an amazing breakfast and gave us a lot of tips on things to visit and where to park cheaper in the nearby cities. The house is also beautifully and professionally renovated with very much attention givem to even the smallest details, like indirect lighting in the room, a glass floor, a beautiful dining room, a showerhead that i loved and the list can go on. Also, its a one minute walk to the beautiful castle in the middle of the village so location is great also. There is a private parking behind the hotel which is great also.

Restaurant & Villa Morgan is located in Brtonigla and features a pool with a view and sea views. It is set 7.7 km from Aquapark Istralandia and provides full-day security. We loved everything about "Restaurant & Villa Morgan". We enjoyed a delicious lunch and an included breakfast. The pool overlooked the vineyard and the winery at the bottom of the hill. Our room had the same gorgeous view. The Owner was very accommodating. It is a delightful place!

Located 23 km from Aquapark Istralandia and 20 km from Pazin Castle, Rooms Serafin in Motovun provides air-conditioned accommodation with views of the quiet street and free WiFi. Great little apartment that seems to have been renovated recently. Very quiet and serene at night, at least during our stay in May. Friendly host :)

A recently renovated bed and breakfast in Rovinj and within 1.1 km of Mulini Beach, Boutique Residence Arion has a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. the location and view are super. it takes only 5 minutes on foot from old town. breakfast is also wonderful.

Located in Motovun, 24 km from Aquapark Istralandia and 20 km from Pazin Castle, Teta San provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Set in Umag, Sobe Sole offers 4-star accommodation with private balconies. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The guest house has family rooms. Beautiful newly renovated place, friendly staff, extremely helpful staff. The food is delicious as well. We will come back next year.

Set in Buje, 17 km from Aquapark Istralandia, Casa dei Boscarini offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Great house, the room where we were accommodated extremely clean, the beds comfortable, the view of the enchanting nature from the terrace relaxing. The pool within the house is beautiful.
