B&B Old Tbilisi is located in Tbilisi city centre, within a 5-minute walk from the Presidential Palace and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. We had 6 different stays in Georgia during our road trip, and this hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows! We had parking in front of hotel, on the street. Breakfast was good, not the best we had, but not bad at all. Location of hotel (compared to price) is excellent.

Very clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant atmosphere. I especially want to highlight the host’s attentiveness and kindness—she took care of everything. They created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus. A huge thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we will definitely return!

It is difficult to list all the positivity I have received there, because there were so many. The hosts (Emi and Giorgi) are extremely kind, welcoming and friendly people. They did their very best for the guest to feel comfortable in the guesthouse. They were very helpful, responsive, enthusiastic and positive. The room was very comfortable and suitable for even longer terms, than few nights. So I can highly recommend this place. The garden makes you feeling like in a very pleasant and soothing environment. Once more, book here and you will have a good stay in Avlabari District of Tbilisi.
