Breakfast was good, not the best we had, but not bad at all. Location of hotel (compared to price) is excellent.

The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus. A huge thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we will definitely return!

The hosts (Emi and Giorgi) are extremely kind, welcoming and friendly people. They did their very best for the guest to feel comfortable in the guesthouse. They were very helpful, responsive, enthusiastic and positive. The room was very comfortable and suitable for even longer terms, than few nights. So I can highly recommend this place. The garden makes you feeling like in a very pleasant and soothing environment. Once more, book here and you will have a good stay in Avlabari District of Tbilisi.
