Set in a Grade II listed building, this hotel combines historic charm with modern convenience, still retains its original features, open fires and wonderful antiques. The room was super magical one of the beat unique rooms I have stayed in the UK with reasonable price, the details were fascinating, the staff was friendly and very welcoming, the hotel has every interesting historical background.

The field around the house is wonderful. Go around the pond and stay put around 9pm to witness the flight of a magnificent white/beige owl, flying around spreading its blessings. Once gone, the show continues with mini bats twirling around. what a treat!

The room was lovely, comfortable bed, bathroom in great clean condition, the little additions with the breakfasts were delightful. His breakfast granola trifle felt like a dessert! An absolute treat staying here.

The room was amazing and very clean. everything you could need for your stay was there, it was like your very own flat. The owners were so nice and made us both feel very welcome and relaxed. The breakfast was huge and tasty. What I found fantastic was, my stay was so I could attend a Pagan festival, and they researched Paganism so we could have a talk about it. I highly recommend a stay here.
