Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

It is also close enough to explore the city of Newcastle or other attractions further north. It was clean, comfortable and Marc was a wonderful host. He brought a delicious traditional English breakfast to my room every morning.

Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

It was compact, but just the right size. Breakfest was outstanding and love they had to offer. I wish I could remember his name, but the gentleman who greteed us and was reponsible for managing breakfast was super nice and friendly, I hope he's doing alright.

The property is well located in a quiet street, close to Ocean Rd. Paul the host is friendly and welcoming. Our room was warm , comfortable and well appointed.
