The George Inn is a 14th century inn and Plaine is a 16th century building located immediately opposite The George, situated in Norton Saint Philip. It has fantastic atmosphere. it feels like traveling back in time!! We loved the breakfast!!

The Bower Inn is an 18th-century building, located just off the M5 motorway and 2 miles from Bridgwater town centre. It offers stylish rooms with luxury bathrooms and delicious homemade food. Great food, very good staff and a great shower a must after a day of travelling . Great parking and good atmosphere in bar. Breakfast was amazing

Set in Cannington, The Priory provides a shared lounge. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Very welcoming hosts provided a lot of thoughtful touches, such as a “kitchenette” with tea/coffee available at all times, plus a fridge for guest use. Option of continental or cooked breakfast was a plus. A lot of privacy in a spotless, comfortably appointed, quiet environment made this a very pleasant base from which to explore a lot of local features. Good parking.

Located in Cheddar, Wassells House Accommodation is a recently renovated accommodation, 27 km from Ashton Court and 28 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station. I felt very safe it was a 18-20 min walk into town. I enjoyed the room. The bathrooms were wonderful! After traveling for 2 weeks with terrible bathrooms and even black mold in one, this updated bathroom was HEAVEN. 🚽🚿 The host, while not obligated, offered and helped me with my suitcase up and down the stairs. Small but HUGE when you're a solo traveler. The breakfast they offer for an extra charge (not a lot) was absolutely 💯 worth it. Best meal I had in Cheddar, and they proved gluten-free bread! 🙌🍞 As a solo traveler, I would 100% recommend staying at this location if you are visiting Cheddar.

Boasting garden views, Glastonbury Hideaway features accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 43 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station. Andy and Julie were so kind to us, and also offered suggestions for local itinerary. The Hideaway room was amazing, with lots of little thoughtful touches and gorgeously decorated. The garden view outside was lovely and so enjoyable. We slept like rocks in the comfortable and cool Hideaway. We cannot recommend this gem enough for a stay in the Glastonbury area. We will definitely stay here on future visits!

Located in Cheddar, The Old Police House is a recently renovated accommodation, 27 km from Ashton Court and 29 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station. This property provides a separate unit with total privacy. Lynn has made sure all conveniences are available and provided us with a lovely breakfast. It is located on a quiet street, easy walking into the town for dinner. enjoyed chatting with Lynn and her husband!! Free parking too! If your stay is for multiple nights, there are kitchen facilities for light cooking

Pilgrims of the Goddess, a property with a garden, is located in Glastonbury, 42 km from Oldfield Park Train Station, 43 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station, as well as 43 km from Bath Spa Train... Fantastic rooms, amazing feeling and the best personell.

Aymen and Pete were such gracious hosts. They pay fine attention to detail to make you feel welcome. Delectable breakfast and coffee in the sunroom surrounding the flower garden is the perfect retreat. I'm grateful they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy and morning schedule. The bed was comfortable and the room had an array of amenities. The historic house is in walking distance to The Tor, Chalice Well, and High Street shopping. If you are feeling drawn to stay here, book now - you will not regret it!
