The Lighthouse is a beautiful listed property offering 4-star accommodation near Frome, within the gently rolling Somerset countryside. The breakfast was excellent, you could choose from many options. We did not have the “30 minute breakfast slots” mentioned in the other reviews. We received a very friendly welcome, everything was fine. The rooms are large and spacious.

The George Inn is a 14th century inn and Plaine is a 16th century building located immediately opposite The George, situated in Norton Saint Philip. What can I say. The property is sensationel, the food excellent - the beer as well and the staff are simply incredible, helpful, very friendly and competent without exception. I can‘t remember any experience like that and I do travel a lot. You simply feel at home there. Any time again. If it were possible I would allocate 10 points. Thanks

The Bower Inn is an 18th-century building, located just off the M5 motorway and 2 miles from Bridgwater town centre. It offers stylish rooms with luxury bathrooms and delicious homemade food. Room temperature ideal Great breakfast

The Priory provides rooms in Cannington. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Friendly hosts, lovely big room, spotlessly clean and very good breakfast. Property is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

Located in Cheddar, the recently renovated Wassells House Accommodation features accommodation 27 km from Ashton Court and 28 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station. Bruce and Mags were warm and friendly with the most thoughtfully organized B&B we’ve stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent with good water pressure. Our room was immaculately clean. Free parking right in front.

Simply fantastic, one of the best places I've stayed in Glastonbury! Super peaceful and quiet, no noise at all, and the room is warm, very cozy! Oh and it has a beautiful garden 😍! Located in Cheddar, the recently renovated The Old Police House offers accommodation 27 km from Ashton Court and 29 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station. Accommodation was lovely, pub around the corner & not too far to main street, set in quiet street, so no street noise Lynn and her hubby were lovely, made sure we had everything (even home made chocolates & brownies) then left us too it. Breakfast was yummy, Lynn even gave us some additional spots to visit on our way down to Cornwall.

Aymen and Pete were such gracious hosts. They pay fine attention to detail to make you feel welcome. Delectable breakfast and coffee in the sunroom surrounding the flower garden is the perfect retreat. I'm grateful they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy and morning schedule. The bed was comfortable and the room had an array of amenities. The historic house is in walking distance to The Tor, Chalice Well, and High Street shopping. If you are feeling drawn to stay here, book now - you will not regret it!
