Nine King Street Seahouses room only accommodation býður upp á gistingu í Seahouses, 5,5 km frá Bamburgh-kastala, 25 km frá Alnwick-kastala og 33 km frá Lindisfarne-kastala. Had a lovely stay. Room clean and beautiful furnishings etc. Very close to harbour and town. Ample parking. Will definitely stay again

It felt comfortable straight away, from Nicola's friendly welcome to the beautiful room & bathroom. Everything was quality....furniture, fittings & products. Nothing was a bother, putting our things in her fridge, providing water bottles daily, refilling tea bags & biscuits daily. Oronsay was in a perfect position to explore not only Alnwick but the surrounding areas. Alnwick is a beautiful market town with lots to see & do.

The Coach and Horses er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Hexham. Gististaðurinn er með bar og er staðsettur í innan við 34 km fjarlægð frá MetroCentre. The staff were fantastic from Check In to Check Out. The location was fantastic & the food served excellent.

Nýlega enduruppgerða Hotspur House er til húsa í sögulegri byggingu og býður upp á gistirými með garði og ókeypis WiFi. Gististaðurinn er með farangursgeymslu og arinn utandyra. First of all our host of Hotspur House Liz she is terrific , a very welcoming person and nothing to much for her . Breakfast superb . Location wise fantastic , a quiet village and not far from Hexham , Newcastle or even Durham . Our Deluxe room was excellent and clean, perfect beds . A lovely view over the village square from our bedroom ,the bathroom had a view over the garden. And last but not least a big thank you to Liz for making us feel at home (and we musn't forget to mention the homemade cookies , which we really liked.... ) We would like to recommend Hotspur House to everyone

Fugl í kjarrinu Elsdon er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Elsdon. Gististaðurinn er 38 km frá Alnwick-kastala og 48 km frá St James' Park og býður upp á bar og grillaðstöðu.... This place is fantastic. Little pub in a small village in the National Park. Short drives to Hadrians wall or the Northumberland coast and the pretty towns of Otterburn and Bellingham. Beautifully decorated rooms with private bathrooms. Free parking out front on street. Lovely little bar with friendly staff and locals. Breakfast room and restaurant/cafe is gorgeous and a decent breakfast is included in the room price. It's the quintessential cozy, 'old England' that one thinks of when wanting to holiday here. We love it. (Notes: only here two nights so we didn't think about finding out whether there is anywhere to do laundry, and of course there are no self-catering facilities, although apparently there is a BBQ, but we chose to eat out so didn't ask to use it)

Dacre House, Gilsland er gistiheimili sem er staðsett í sögulegri byggingu í Gilsland, 2,7 km frá Thirlwall-kastala og býður upp á bar og útsýni yfir ána. We loved staying here and wish we had booked in for two nights!

Chandlers BnB er staðsett í Seahouses, aðeins 600 metra frá Seahouses North Beach, og býður upp á gistingu með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Very clean and well appointed, with nice bedding & towels. The room was spacious- loved the 4 poster bed! It was quiet and close to the harbour.

Yearle House er staðsett í Wooler, 28 km frá Bamburgh-kastala og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og sameiginlegri setustofu. We used Yearle House as a centre for completing the 2nd three day section of the St. Cuthberts Way path. Local taxi service ( Des Hood) was excellent for taking us to our start point etc. Yearle House is exceptional. If you are up for a bit of English, country-house grandeur, this is it. Mylo and Poppy are superb hosts. Breakfast was in a spacious dining room overlooking the garden and fields beyond. The coffee (my yardstick for breakfast reviews) was, I'm pleased to say, unlimited in quantity and at the top end of taste. As for the smoked trout and perfectly au-point, 'strangled' eggs...to die for. Yearle House is big. The bedroom is big. The bathroom is huge, bigger than the average B&B bedroom. The staircase is big with ancestral oil portraits lining the walls. The living room is vast and comfortable and beautifully furnished with a wood burner to add to the relaxing ambience. A well stocked drinks fridge etc at pretty-much, at-cost prices. A 'pantry' upstairs with all manner of coffee and teas and a daily, home-made, sweet treat. Superb and very quiet location a mile or so from Wooler which has an excellent, and very popular, restaurant, the Milan. This is a first-class B&B and I can simply confirm the many previous glowing reviews!
