The environment met and exceeded my expectations…the room contained all the amenities as needed, comfort and cleanliness exceeding the expectations of traveler far from home…in fact, John and Leslie, owners of Rosemount Boutiqur B&B ensured it was the perfect home away from home.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The accommodation provides a housekeeping service and a shared lounge for guests. Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.

Was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and appreciated the time Alan took with us as we checked in being very informative about the property and the surrounding area. B&B has many different types of rooms/lodges and all have been done to a very high spec and the room we stayed in was immaculately clean and had everything we needed with many nice homely touches. Was greeted by both Alan and Avril for breakfast where i thoroughly enjoyed my full Scottish breakfast and again was very well looked after by both.
