The hosts here go above and beyond for their guests’ comfort, with personalised service and perfect atmosphere and attitude. Nothing could’ve been improved!

Situated on Islay, Dha Urlar offers 4-star accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring a tour desk, this property also has outside decking. My husband and I visited Islay to attend the Fèis Ìle 2023. We chose this property so we can also have the chance to experience local living. My husband and I are blown away by the beauty of the house and the serenity of the place. What made our stay exceptional was the warm welcome and hospitality extended to us by Jim and Caroline. Jim, who also operates a taxi service and private tours, all the more made it convenient for us to go around the island and visiting distilleries. Sharing his love for the island and knowledge about whisky further deepened our experience. We highly recommend their place and Jim’s transport services.

Set in Bruichladdich, Loch Gorm House features a garden and a shared lounge. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Breakfast was great. The host would prepare just about whatever you could ask for in a breakfast. There was no lack of food for eating breakfast. The view of the loch was a nice thing to see in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after a day's travels. The host also make sure we had dinner reservations ahead of time, which is a must on Islay.

An Cuan Bed & Breakfast is situated in Bowmore. The property has sea and garden views. The accommodation features a housekeeping service and bicycle parking for guests. Hostess was very kind, charming and accommodating. This place is CLEAN! Quaint house walking distance to all restaurants, shops and the water’s edge. Plus great location to set off to all local distilleries.

Set in Bowmore in the Isle of Islay region, The Bowmore House Bed and Breakfast offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property features city views. The hosts were fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The views from our room were great and the room was spacious. We loved the two days we stayed.

Glenegedale House offers accommodation in Glenegedale and is situated 5 miles from Port Ellen and 6 miles from Bowmore. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. The property was well situated to be able to to easily tour the Isle of Islay. The Glenegedale House is set-up so that you can either socialize with other guests or maintain your privacy. Graeme and Emma are amazing hosts who look after all of your needs. On top of that the breakfast and the dinner served by them was by far the best food we have eaten in recent memory.

Set in Bowmore, THE BRUCE offers accommodation with free WiFi and TV. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Exceptionally nice host. Large rooms with good size bathrooms. Very clean and great location in the center of Bowmore.. 10/10 would recommend
