All units feature a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen. What a stay! From the very first moment it felt like we were on a family visit. Kenny is an amazing host: very kind and helpful. His breakfasts were prepared with great care and he even made an early breakfast for us so that we could catch a morning ferry. Our twin room was much bigger and brighter than it looked on the pics. WiFi was good and there was even a guest Netflix account on TV. The house is in a quite street just a few steps from the lake and a 5 min walk from the center of Fort William. I do look forward to coming back. Dear Kenny, thank you for everything!

Helen was an amazing host and we had the best time at Glen Lyon. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were adorable and clean, with lovely ensuite bathroom facilities. Breakfast was delicious and home-cooked. The location in Nairn was lovely and we were able to walk to the beach and to dinner easily.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay only a short distance away from Inverness City centre. Quiet area with room for parking outside either on the drive or street. Host Margaret introduced herself briefly on our arrival but otherwise we were left to enjoy our stay privately, though they are more than happy to help if needed and send out a lovely pre welcome message once checking in date is arriving.
Great location in the city centre; Easy to check in and out; Cosy, quiet and clean lodge. I will book again when I go to Inverness next time.
charming wee cottage in the city centre but very quiet
Small but comfortable and very quiet room in the annexe. Nice, modern shower room. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant walk into city centre over pedestrian bridge. The owner, Joy, was very kind and helpful.
We liked everything. The location was sure and the pods very private. Stacy was a great host and it was the little touches she did that made it extra special for us. Very relaxed and quiet too. Would definitely recommend staying here. The facilities were great, no complaints at all. Would give it an 11 if we could.
Up for a 2 day archery competition a few miles away. Wanted somewhere close with basic facilities and good value just to lay my weary head. Delivered in spades with a single top floor room with private shower room/loo. To be fair, room/bathroom was small, but fine for a single traveller. Add in great staff and a couple of excellent breakfasts and I was very happy. Ate in restaurant too, very good. It's not luxury accommodation by any means, but did all the basics well. Overall, very happy
Very clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed and warm and cosy bedroom. The bathroom has a very good shower and all was clean and in good order. Internet was fast and easy. Great location. The guest house is on a quiet road but its very easy to get to the city centre - just a 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The co-op supermarket is in easy distance for snacks etc. The hostess is very charming, and although there was some confusion about the booking it was sorted out easily and gracefully.
