Fiona and Ian were very welcoming and room itself was cosy, clean and warm. Breakfast was delicious and I really liked our morning talks with Fiona. Hosts made sure I was welcomed and I would definately stay there again :)

We had a lovely 2-night stay at the House with the two front doors. Rachael’s daughter and her partner welcomed us with open arms and showed us around the beautiful house. They also cooked us a fantastic breakfast the next morning. We stayed in the smaller of the two rooms. It had so much character and really felt homely. The double bed was a little small for us but that’s because we’re used to a kingsize at home (and we’re quite tall). We also missed a tall mirror for getting ready but those are minor things that did not impact our stay. The morning of our last day we got to see Rachael, who also cooked a fabulous breakfast for us. There’s so much character and history in the house and it’s wonderful to see how much care Rachael takes to keep the house as beautiful as it is. We highly recommend staying here as it feels like a home away from home!
