Location is very good with a bus stop and a supermarket nearby. Also very clean and bed comfortable. Parking was no problem. Everything was as described.

Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. we enjoyed it very much and had a great stay. The rooms were very clean, cosy and the Guest House is furnished with great attention to detail. The breakfast was great as were the biscuits and cakes. Rich and Katie are really great and caring hosts, we can highly recommend Seaview Sanctuary! We would love to come back again.

Located within 41 km of Eurotunnel UK and 44 km of Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park in Rye, Magnolia House, Rye features accommodation with seating area. Me and my friend stayed at Magnolia House for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The house is located very close to the train station and to the city center. Javed, the host, and his staff are really nice people, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable (pillows and mattress are amazing!), same for the bathroom with a big shower box. The entire house is eco-sustainable. Breakfast was just something else! You can help yourself with several fruit juices, tea, coffe, home-made yogurt (addicting!!!), bread, cereals, home-made marmalade, fruits and so on, while they will cook you what you can choose from their amazing menu. Dogs are welcome! Highly recommended! Definitely a 10 star option if you stay in lovely Rye!

Set in Hastings and only 1.1 km from Hastings Beach, Summerfields House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is situated 1.4 km from St. Nice and peaceful. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

Offering city views, The fig is an accommodation situated in Rye, 44 km from Leeds Castle and 45 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park. Love the place. Unfortunately we had a change of plans, so was not able to stay overnight. We did check in for an afternoon nap, wish we can stay longer. The room is exactly as in the photo, very comfortable and facing the high street. Since it’s on the first floor, gets a good view. Bathroom is big and very clean. Want to come back again.

Lovingly run small guesthouse with personal service and a fantastic breakfast. Medieval house in the best location in town. The pictures show the guesthouse exactly as it is. Situated in Rye, Aviemore Rye is a historic bed and breakfast that features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a bar. The breakfast was magnificent. Thoughtfully prepared and presented with fresh herbs and spices. Many of the dishes and sauces are family recipes. The experience exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy but well appointed. There are plenty of steep stairs both in the home as well as exiting the property from the back. Something to consider if mobility is limited. Overall, I highly recommend the property. The hosts were lovely, too.
