Excellent, very clean, and a massiv breakfast. George is a lovely landlord, helped us out with the parking. Very close tot the canal (with the pubs), the Roman Ruins, and of course the Rows. River and park only 2 minutes walking.

I travelled alone for work and this was a great safe place to stay. Lovely room and bathroom. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Alex came to light the log burner for me when it was snowing outside making it even cosier. The breakfast was exceptionally good. I have dinner on one evening too which was also good. Will certainly stay again

Awesome room with all the facilities. Beautiful surroundings and excellent cleanliness at the plot. We had an exquisite english breakfast, thanks to the host!
