I spent a wonderful 3 nights in this dreamy hotel/B&B/gite, literally on the banks of Le Loir. They have 3 guest rooms, each wonderfully decorated in its own historic style, from Art Nouveau to 1970s. All brand new bathrooms en suite. I think they’d term the breakfast layout as “Continental,” but it goes beyond breads and jam: beautiful local cheeses and fruits, and besides glorious artisan baguettes, croissants etc., they feature homemade items like brioche and a stellar chocolate banana bread. There’s an airy and spacious breakfast room, but anyone staying in temperate weather should take advantage of the delightful terrace, or go down the flight of stone steps to the garden— literally a couple of yards from the river, which is gorgeous. And if you like the river there, you should devote a couple of hours to wandering along it in the beautiful nature preserve which you can access within a block! The address is just on the other side of a bridge which leads into the older parts of La Flèche, a beautiful town with its origins in the Middle Ages. My reason for visiting lay in La Flèche’s role in the 17th C establishment of Montreal— I’d recently learned than a long-ago forebear was one of the 100+ young men who were recruited (La Grande Recrue) to settle in “New France” in 1653, and just wanted to wander around the place and contemplate my ancient DNA. My short stay was fascinating, and enjoyable in more ways than I’d expected.

Great view of the Loire. Absolutely spotless cleanliness.Simple and classy furnishings. Superb breakfast. Hosts could not do enough to welcome me.

Aiaga Villa Buffon asub Angersis Molière'i trammipeatuse, Saint Serge Université trammipeatuse ja Angersi raekoja lähedal. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja kohapeal on eraparkla. Excellent place to stay in the centre of town. Highly recommended.

B&B Côté Loire asub Les Rosiers-sur-Loire'is, 28 km kaugusel Chateau de Montsoreau'st, 42 km kaugusel Chateau des Réaux'st ja 21 km kaugusel loomaaiast Zoo de Doue la Fontaine. Great location by the Loire an easy walk to lots of restaurants, host Hélène really friendly, ideal shed for cycles, clean comfortable and quiet room, super breakfast with homemade jams and lots of coffee.

Les Gones en Vendée asub Saint-Gervais'is, 18 km kaugusel Saint Jean de Montsi kasiinost ja 35 km kaugusel Pornici raudteejaamast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. This is a super clean comfortable family run hotel. Even though the restaurant was closed our hosts prepared an amazing meal for us because we were on bicycles and there were no other facilities open on Sunday. What an amazing gesture!

Chambres d'hôtes asub Saumuris ajaloolises hoones, 6,5 km kaugusel Saumuri raudteejaamast. La Tour de Bellevue on hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja, millel on aed ja baar. 19. The hosts are wonderful!! The view from the Tower is amazing!! Breakfast was great!! Bed was perfect!!

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Le Clos Beauséjour asub Montjean-sur-Loire'is, 31 km kaugusel Terra Botanicast ja 36 km kaugusel Angers Expo messikeskusest. Arnaud is an outstanding host and makes you feel at home. the house is excellent and in a quiet area it is also close to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. We fully enjoyed our stay
