Ambiance is perfect. The room is lovely, large, comfortable, clean, warm and with a beautiful view. 5-10mins walk to the center and nice bars or restaurants. Breakfast was peaceful, with a nice view and appretizing.

The entire place is brand new, very clean, and incredibly inviting. The owner, Benjamin, is not only friendly but also an interesting person. His warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Located just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beach of Boulogne-sur-Mer and other popular tourist attractions, the location of this manor is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this area. Beautiful ❤️ The room is stunning, private, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely, with strawberries that were grown on the farm. We were given a wonderful, warm welcome. It's is out of the way, wonderful to switch off completely. Our sat nav sent us all over to get there. Ask I am sure that the host will tell you the best route. She speaks better English than I do French!

Thierry was an exceptional host with great communication, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The property is absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean with all the facilities we required (we knew there was no WiFi before arrival). The whole set up with the communal area for socialising, eating and drinking is a great idea. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely marvellous place in the total tranquillity, recently built with a great taste and attention to details. The bed was like a cloud, breakfast was really adorable. We enjoyed staying and thankful to Baptiste for the hospitality.
