Henri has truly created an oasis in Lavérune. The hotel was spotless, and we loved starting our mornings with Henri’s delicious homemade bread and coffee. It was a perfect base for exploring the area—we easily visited beautiful beaches, Montpellier, and the charming Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
