This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Not only was it very modern and immaculate, but it was also tastefully decorated, making for a very pleasant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-fridge and coffee capsules for use in the lobby's coffee machine. The bathroom was particularly beautiful, with a sleek, modern design. The staff was extremely helpful, with the receptionist going above and beyond to provide us with information about nearby parking options (you can actually park for free in the spots around the hotel) and transportation to the city center, as well as recommendations for local pintxos restaurants. The hotel's location, while a bit outside of the city center, provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded streets, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was a little gem of an accommodation in San Sebastian! The location was the best (near the old town, Gros and the Beach), the rooms were just the right size with a little balcony, the bathrooms were a good size and most of all Amaia was always so accommodating and helpful. No need to think. Just book here. Valle for money. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed and wanted. Would definitely book here again!
