A family run hotel and they were all very courteous and helpful. The pick up and dropping off at the airport service was very pleasant and Mustafa was a good driver navigating the chaotic roads of Cairo and Giza. They helped to set us up with 2 private tours of the ancient pyramids in Giza and Sakkara as well as the various religious sites in old Cairo, along with the national museum. Our guide was very informative, enthusiastic and charming. She took lots of photos of us and made what could be a stressful solo trip, not difficult at all. The breakfast offering was pleasant, especially for an inn. The room was a good size and had a view of the pyramids.

We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the pyramids, which they upgraded for free. The staff was helpful, friendly, and spoke great English. The breakfasts were excellent. Very tasty, fresh and different every day. Thank you!!!!
