A good experience with very good and positive vibrations. If you are planning to stay with them this year you will enjoy beautiful sunsets if you wait till next year you will wake up with a sunrise view. All the family members and the staff make you feel part of the family.

The rooftop view is exceptional with the pyramids. You can watch the light&sound show of the pyramids at night from the rooftop. You get away from the noise and chaos of the streets once you enter the lobby. The pyramids' entrance takes 5 minutes by walking. The breakfast offers a wide range of options and was delicious. Also the staff is very friendly and helps you with everything.

Our dear Mostafa, 'Mayo' for close friends, and his entire team were absolutely incredible! To the point where we didn't want to leave! They were amazing, from the reception, through the round-trip airport transportation, to arranging a trustworthy and equally amazing tour guide, 'Saber Huber'. My family and I, a group of nine people, are in love with Egypt and its people because of the individuals who served us in this hotel with so much love and dedication! Oh! And when you go, don't forget to ask for the incredible 'Suggar'!"

The hotel is run by the nicest guys. I was so tired and we both got in very late and sadly we had to leave super early so we just came to sleep. However, it was still the nicest service we had our whole trip in Egypt! The guys kept offering us stuff and were so nice to us, their English is amazing and the room was super clean and nice! Great view and really wonderful guys, if we come back we are booking this hotel again!

A wonderful and clean hotel. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. The best part is the staff. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me with things like going to the souk to get local clothing or taking me to the nearby grocery store to buy a big jug of drinking water and fruits and vegetables. They helped me arrange tours to see the pyramids with a fantastic guide. The breakfast was plentiful and was served at whatever time I happened to wake up. As a solo female traveler, I was nervous to go to Egypt based on what I heard. The team at Bella Casa Pyramids Inn helped make my time in Egypt much more comfortable and were extremely helpful. Can't recommend them enough. I'll be back! Bonus, I work online and the internet was fast enough to conduct my meetings. The water pressure was great and there was so much hot water! Couldn't ask for anything more.

It is really well located and the view is breathtaking. Youssef was an amazing host, he waited for us we arrive really late and arrange breakfast for us early in the morning.
