Evenings at the balcony, or the morning bird visits are beautiful. Spaceusness, spotless cleanness. Ideal locaton if you wish to access Arenal, Monteverde and maybe Tenorio/Rio Celeste from one base. Good day trip ideas we got. The eateries Carlos recommends also are very good.

The property was amazing, we were surrounded by birds and it felt like we were in the middle of the forest but with all the luxuries of the modern world. There is a pond were we swam and kayaked in during our stay. We saw multiple toucans in the tree next to the restaurant. Our son did not want to leave when we had to leave to go to our new location. I wish we had more days to spend here!

It is a little paradise. The prettiest ranch i have seen in my entire life. The family is devoted and welcoming. The horses are necessary to get up in the mountains, and the views are out of this world. Really amazing experience. I would 100% recommend as a comfortable retreat. The sunset's are out of this world beautiful.

We absolutely loved the cooler temperatures. Be prepared for a unique experience…the shower had ornate ceiling with plants growing inside and up above. Breakfast was served “family style” and the owner/chef engaged with his guests. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Surrounded by lush forest!

Highly recommended: The butterfly conservatory which is literally just a few minutes walk up the street is awesome with several stunning walks, views, and stories of its own. The amazing views from all around the property and neighbourhood! Pura vida!

The cabin was well equipped for everything we needed. We were surrounded by nature and had a nice view over the lake. Can fully recommend!
