Sergio and Mileidy are fabulous hosts and couldn't do enough to help (e.g. arranging taxis etc. for me as I didn't have a car). The food was exceptional - breakfast and dinner were delicious, creative and beautifully presented and they had decent wine and beer available if you want it.

Continental and vegetarian breakfast options with fruits and juice are available daily at the bed and breakfast. Room was so well designed and comfortable. Breakfast west delicious and I loved the coffee and tea in the room. The location requires a car but it is so peaceful and private. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, they were extremely friendly and welcoming! Monkeys serenaded the sunset and sunrise, a true feeling of being ‘in it’ that would not be found at a beach resort.

The bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy garden views. Arthur and Claire were the most amazing hosts! So attentive, kind and hospitable! They spoiled us rotten with new baked goods and treats every day. We will never stay anywhere else next time we come to Costa Rica. Can’t recommend enough! You will love it. They really felt like family after 9 days. Also their home cooked breakfast and espresso are very good. The pool is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting under the stars after getting home each evening and looking at the moon. The pool, property and rooms are all very clean. Arthur and Claire came every day to tidy up our room and give us fresh towels. They even came when we left later in the afternoon. We never expected that and even felt bad, but that’s how personal and attentive they are. They truly made our stay in Costa Rica special. Thank you Arthur and Claire! :)

À la carte and American breakfast options with warm dishes, pancakes and fruits are available daily at the bed and breakfast. The owners are wonderful people who made my entire stay so much better. It was the perfect first stop for me on my Costa Rica journey. The owners borrowed me a bike so I could go grocery shopping one day, and another day they gave me a free ride into Tamarindo because they had to go into town as well. Lastly, they actually drove me to my next stop in Playa Avellanas as well (for free) - because they simple are nice helpful people. The place is tranquil, and there are plenty of animals visiting the property. The pool is wonderful and so is the breakfast!

At the bed and breakfast, all units include bed linen and towels. Really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and spacious, beds comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the common area has multiple hummingbird feeders where I could identify at least 4 different species of hummingbirds. At times there were up to 20 hummingbirds at once flying around. There were other birds as well to view from the restaurant deck. At night, just walking down the driveway I spotted two tree frogs. Rob was a wonderful host, answering all our questions, thank you for the dinner recommendation, Casa Italia was fantastic. Really enjoyed the nature on this property, would definitely come back.
